From Rt 2 Eastbound:
Take exit 52A, Rt 128/I-95 Southbound and follow next set of directions
From Rt 128/I-95 coming from the North:
Take the Trapelo Rd exit 28,
Left off ramp onto Trapelo Rd (1.3 miles),
Left at second light on Lexington St, Waltham (.1 miles)
[becomes Waltham St, Lexington (.2 miles)]
Right into the Brookhaven Retirement Home at 1010 Waltham St*
From Rt 128/I-95 coming from the South:
Take Trapelo Rd, exit 28A,
Right off ramp onto Trapelo Rd (1.2 miles),
Left at second light on Lexington St, Waltham (.1 miles)
[becomes Waltham St, Lexington (.2 miles)]
Right into the Brookhaven Retirement Home at 1010 Waltham St*
From Storrow Dr/Soldiers Field Rd, Boston:
Follow signs for "Fresh Pond Pkwy/ Rt 2 West/ US 3 North"
[Take Rt 2 West and follow 1st set of directions above] or
Then get in left lane to
Bear left on MOUNT AUBURN ST (1.1 miles)
Bear right on BELMONT ST just past Star Market (0.8 miles)
Bear right on TRAPELO RD (4.3 miles)
Turn right at second light on LEXINGTON ST, Waltham (.1 miles)
[becomes WALTHAM ST, Lexington (.2 miles)]
Right into the Brookhaven Retirement Home at 1010 Waltham St*
At the BROOKHAVEN Retirement Home:
Driveway bears right and then curves left to "Main Entrance".
Park in lot on right (you just drove by) if Main Entrance lot is full.
Sign in at desk and continue down main hall.
Left into next hallway, practice is in the first room on the right.
