Our Tune Finder's search bot discovered this collection in July 2021, though the file claims to be from 2002. It's a "session" collection from the Santa Cruz CA area, and has been published as a book by Michael D. Long. The above file contains permission to distribute it, but not profit from it. If you look around in the above site, you'll find current information for the book. It looks like a good collection for anyone interested in a "repertoire" for Irish/Scottish/American/... tunes that are widely known. The tune versions are reasonably basic, and simple chords are included. I've unpacked it into single-tune files, which I may organize somewhat when I get around to it.
