BIDA tunes

This directory contains ABC transcriptions of tunes proposed for the "open band" repertoire for the Boston-area BIDA dances, and augmented since then from various discussions and tunes played at open-band nights.

The single-tune files have names that start with "J_", "R_" or "W_", for jigs, reels and waltzes. The Jigs.*, Reels.* and Waltzes.* files contain all the tunes of each rhythm in a single file. The BIDA.* file(s) contain the entire collection.

I've been experimenting with tools to do useful things in directories full of .abc tune files: Session lister — Tune lister — Collection lister These are "works in progress" that I've included here to get ideas for making them more useful.
