This is one of a collection of dances I'm working on in praise of chocolate in all its various forms. The major reason for choosing this theme is that several of my friends and I think the publication party when we finally get it put together will be delicious (admission =3D something chocolate). If any of you have chocolate themed dances you would like to contribute, send them along. Peggy Hamilton Stockton California peggyh:earthlink.net Chocolate Meringues a 40 bar reel for 4 couples 1-4 1st & 4th couples dance slightly toward one another, then cast into 2nd & 3rd places. 2nd & 3rd couples step out to the ends on bars 3&4. 5-8 1st & 4th couples dance half figures of eight around the 2nd & 3rd couples. 9-12 1st & 4th couples dance half rights and lefts (no polite turns). 13-16 2nd & 4th couples, and 1st & 3rd couples dance right hands across. 17-20 4th &1st couples dance left hands across. 21-24 2nd & 4th ladies, 2nd & 4th men, 1st & 3rd ladies, and 1st & 3rd men turn with a right hand. 25-32 Reels of four on the sidelines. 33-40 1st & 4th couples dance a double figure of eight, 1=92s casting up and 3=92s crossing down to begin. Finish in the order 2,4,1,3. Repeat from new positions. -- Peggy Hamilton
