This is the help directory for JC's HTML viewer/tester, and works with the Help.w module. The directories and files here are named after various widgets in the H tool's windows. If you point at one of the widgets and press the Help button (F1 on Microsoft-style keyboards), you will get a little popup window with the text in it.
