JC's dictionary experiments

This directory contains some dictionary stuff. This is basically for experimenting with character sets and how various software (mis)handles them. You'll also find some extracts of various dictionaries, mostly for Chinese writing. Almost everything here is in the UTF-8 encoding, though there may be a few exceptions.
